1. Eligibility for Refund
We only offer refunds in the following case:
- The product received is damaged or defective
2. Reporting a Damaged Product
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product as proof
3. Refund Process
- Once we verify the issue, we will approve the refund
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Minor color/size variations (due to display differences)
- Request made after 3 days of delivery
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
