Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Essigo, we aim to provide quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We only offer refunds in the following case:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

2. Reporting a Damaged Product

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product as proof

3. Refund Process

  • Once we verify the issue, we will approve the refund
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong product ordered by customer
  • Minor color/size variations (due to display differences)
  • Request made after 3 days of delivery

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
